Title: Good Solicitors?

Hi,

Not really a 'tradesman' as such but wasnt sure where to put this!

I need to get in touch with a solicitor in the area to deal with my mum's estate (she passed away in December). She has made a will and its with a solicitor in Fethiye (Feray Kose) but i'm having real trouble getting in touch with her and am going to see if there are any better options.

Can anyone recommend a good firm or individual with experience in dealing with estate management?

I'm based in the UK so realistically wont be able to do much my end - so i need someone who can handle pretty much everything in Turkey.

I second Nichola's recommendation of Sule Beder. She speaks excellent English and has spent some time studying & working in England. She is a lovely person and because of her experience in the UK has a knowledge of what your expectations will be.

There are many 'solicitors' out here who will take your money and do nothing. Stick with Þule she does what she says and is honest.

Can recommend Sule Beder highly, she does what it says on the tin. My daughter in England and I here, have both had experience of her services. She kept in touch constantly with my daughter in England. Her English is perfect so nothing gets lost in translation.

totally agree that Sule Beder is hard working, honest and extremely friendly.  Her english is perfect and works long hours.  She knows english law as well as turkish law. She comes highly recommended
