Yes, remember seeing him in Calis and remarking that the same sort of guy used to come around our streets in Liverpool to sharpen knives.  Think they should bring that trade back.
Incidentally,  go next door to Georges and try the Chicken Topkapi, my personal favourite and the first and last meal I have on holiday at Calis Beach.

I hope he does a roaring trade.

Blunt knives are one of my pet "hates" in Calis.
