is it true that this restaurant has been sold , but they are keeping the same chef ? i thought Dogan ? the owner was the chef ? thanks

Went last night and would be hard pressed to tell that it was any different from last year.
Usual very high standard of food.
A couple of hiccups on the serving front but nothing serious.
And the whole experience greatly enhanced by the splendid company of toky and Mr T. :)

A quick search would show a long discussion regarding Mozaik changing hands a while back.Dogan was not the chef,only one of them.The staff remain and as endorsed by Highlander so does the quality.

Actually it would. The search facility returns results by posts, not by sub-forums.

Yes I did do a search. :)
Given that I was comparing the restaurant before and after the sale I thought this to be the most appropriate. As far as I am aware it is the most recent under Fethiye Turkey Discussion Forum.

Don't know what the fuss is about,my post was in reply to Patch to point them to the search facility which would show the previous threads,thereby enlightening them around the change of hands etc,So stop getting your knickers in a twist.

Most people looking for restaurant reviews would probably look in the Calis Beach Restaurant Review Section. There isn't a similar section in each of the different locations. I just add the location of the restaurant I'm reviewing in the title.
That's where I always post anyway ☺

We visiting this trip over and it was still as good. In fact nothing had changed, apart from Dogan and Nichola not being there. Food and drink were as always.
The new owner was a charming man and we had a conversation about the home made lemonade. He told us he had the recipe from Dogan and I have to say, the lemonade was also great and just the same as always.
