I am thinking of moving over not any furniture just clothes and a few ornaments plus some power tools what would be the cheapest way of shipping it ,i would think two tea chests would hold everything .

Probably as excess baggage. Well worth contacting the airlines to see what sort of price they'll quote you. Also ask them what the weight restriction is per tea chest because of their handling equipment and Health & Safety policies.
