gunaydin  which is the best bank  a.t.m  in calis or fethiye
to use on holiday.  i cant remember which one we
used on our last trip up north 3 years ago, but the transaction
cost was low when we checked on return .  serefe.

hi there, i still have my uk account although i'm living here but i can draw out of the hsbc atm and it costs me nothing, you can take sterling or lira but better to take out sterling as the exchange rate is more favourable here. hope this helps

Which ATM you use out here is of little significance. It all depends on how much your UK bank charges you for foreign withdrawals.

Hi Bigfellow, we have a nationwide flex account to use in Turkey. I use the online facility to transfer funds in and withdraw for free in Calis.If you are in the Irish republic then it wont be the same. The only problems I have encountered is dont run out of cash on friday night, as you are unlikely to get any until monday:(
