Can UK dect phones be used in Turkey,I know that the wall connection may be different maybe an adapter ?

Yes they certainly can, you will need an adaptor or if the current lead is removable from the phone end, you can simply replace that with a normal pc phone line/modem lead.

just keep them away from you satellite cable or you will find your have a problem with one/two channels as the screen on the coax to the dish cable may not be that good.
