Just got my copy of the mag. and they have tested most if not all the repellents. Best buy goes to Boots Repel Extra Strength @ £5.37 for120ml.Next are 2 from Jungle Fomula's brand followed by Superdrugs Buzz off Kids. They also state that Avon's Skin So Soft does not deter mossies !! Check out; www.which.co.uk/repellent  . Please don't shoot the messenger and hope this will help folks . Good luck !!

I have used Boots mossie wipes for four years and would not go past them.  I wonder if it is the same stuff in them as the one mentioned.

Many folk have sworn by the Avon Skin so Soft.  I am just a bit wary about changing when I have something that works.  Previous products failed badly and I was eaten alive.

Skin so soft has never worked for me- but neither has anything else.
If you find something that works for you, then stick with it.

If something already works for you then why change it? I find I'm OK taking a teaspoon of marmite every day for 2 weeks before I go and then once there I use jungle formula and copious amounts of efes.

Works for me so I won't be changing things (might drink a little more efes this time though)

I can always find extra efes money - might have to buy less food though ;)

A spray called 'Off' works for me, where as the cream didn't? Weird.
