Tapu advise - Post newspaper

Hi,
I remember some time ago the Post free paper had a double paged spread about blue and red tapu's and problems around this subject.
Does anyone have a copy please they could scan to me or does anyone have the web address for the "post" newspaper.

This is great, there was another i saw i thought it was the POST but not sure now,it was a 2 page middle spread i think, it had pics of the tapu on the page?

Scunner we have a house in Marti Sitesi i am battleing hard with the tapu.
We have the red TAPU since purchase but only the box marked KAT IRTIFAKI is ticked, i do not have the blue TAPU and the wrong box is ticked on this one.
The YAPI RUHISTAT expired after 5 years as was issued in 2001 at the time of build.
I enquired about renewing it which i need to do to apply for the living permission but it will cost 1200mil for the renewed plans.
However thinking this is all i needed to do a "certain Company" have told me the reason they cant get it for me as promised is because these houses were built WITHOUT the basement war/bomb shelter underneath.
Have you heard of this before?

I suspect that is absolute rubbish, if it were true all Marti Sitesi properties would have no chance of getting it, and none would have it. That is certainly not the case.

I would strongly recommend you ask Ozlen (Ozergin) to finalise your paperwork. I know of a number of similar situations where 'nod and wink' individuals claim they can produce the goods with their great contacts, only to achieve nothing (apart from taking your money of course).
