Electricity testing this Sunday!!!! Urgent

Residents of the Yesil Uzumlu area are advised to turn off their electric appliances between the hours of 8am to 4 pm this coming Sunday 21st March.
Aydem will be working on and testing the local system and they fear there will be a risk of some high surges that could be damaging.
Notice has and is being given in English and Turkish over the tannoy system.
Plan now to be somewhere else this Sunday for a few hours, after having turned of your appliances!!!!!!
