Kangol puppy

I cant believe this. I was sat on my balcony when a car pulled up on the roadside. The occupants got out and abandoned a Kangol puppy and drove off.
I cant keep her unfortunately. She has a collar on (far to big) with the name Charlie embossed on it.Shes been very well fed.

Can anyone help with a phone number of the animal sanctuary please.

or Terrie, as i know they will want to help...you will need to get the liitle darling up to the sanctuary.....

makes me livid when i hear of this happening....its always the animals that suffer, lucky you were there dave otherwise does not bear thinking about.

We live in Ovacik and do not have a car but are trying to find a way to get her to Uzumlu. If needs be I will hire a car for the day and take her. Will let you know how we get on.

Hiring a car for the day is a bit extravagent:D, havent you got any friends or neighbours with a car? Terrie is away at the moment so we only have our scooter.

The shelter will definately take him so no worries on that score.

There is a telephone no. but its pot luck whether they answer it and you will have to speak Turkish or try and catch Emre the vet in the afternoons, 0252 6135825.

Good news!A British couple near by have adopted her. They already have a dog and having been toying with the idea of getting her a playmate so were delighted when they say this little lady. A happy ending this time.

I was talking to a couple last night when I was walking one of our dogs and they are planning to have a Kangol puppy. I have no idea whether they want a bitch or a dog but I will ask them a.s.a.p.
Please keep us up to date on here when puppy is in the animal shelter, thanks.
