Hi all,
As usual fun night at Winehouse...
Been going since day one, met new people, enjoy the format, never heard of ping pong its brill...

Sue does a great job, foods good etc etc...

But Im afraid boys Im gonna have to throw a spoke in the wheel...

I cant hear myself think, I constantly have to repeat myself to people Im with, Ive asking for the music to be turned down every single week, it hurts my ears.

Last night 10 questions on music, oh no....

Im sure that the quiz at the Winehouse will continue for a long time to come, its doing a great job raising money,

but....if the music isnt played at a reasonable level or there are 10 questions on music again here is one person that will have to stop attending.

What a terrific night last night!:D a Packed house and loads of fun going on[)] and we WON the quiz:D:D:D:D
some one said the scores were muddled up but I think they are just sore losers:D
Two of us managed to get to win the higher or lower game but got greedy and went for the big prize and came away with nothing:(
But we did win a tub of cheese straws, a bottle of wine and some soapy things

Great night! well done Sener and Ian and a great job done by Sue:D

Next week is the presentation of the money to Animal Aid, well done all of you for your continued support

In my personal view - there has to be something for everyone - majority of people seem more than happy to have a singalong to the music questions which adds to the entertainment - I hate sport and dread sport questions and know sod all about it - but there you go!!

But a great fun quiz and each week is different.

oh and well done Tinkerman and Co - a well deserved win!! LOL X

Thanks Denise for your support, so on that note your not interested If I continue to go? I can remember a conversation with the laird himself , his answer went something like this, Oh no we wont have music questions like that not everyone enjoys music...

I enjoy music, I listen to music, Sue is trying to get over the music , were trying to shout over the music, if I wanted load music I would go to a disco.

No, you cant please all the people all of the time.....I rest my case.


Thank you for the helpful advice Baz, you know I never thought of that one....now lets see such a small area how to get away from the speakers...I know, lets use volume control!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
