Is there a minimum amount required in order to qualify and what is an Orange account? Is it a Time Deposit account?

I found this article about the Orange account dated January 2011

"ING Turkey will launch the first savings account in Turkey with no service fees and no minimum levels plus a high interest rate"

"Customers will have a competitive rate without term deposit and instant access [to their cash] with no penalty for withdrawals,"

Just a Thank You to Alper at Ing Bank.  We have just taken our money out of Finans Bank (due to the worry over the Greece problem and Finans`s tie up with the National Bank of Greece).  Opening the account was very easy and nice to get the 10% interest - even a Security Guard to accompany you to the bank when you withdraw your money and take it to ING Bank.

We saw Alper and closed our account with Fortis and took the money to ING.  No mention of sending a Security Guard with us.
