I was very impressed with the reply from Shaka about the limited choice for vegetarians.It's not often an establishment will hold their hands up and admit they do not cater for a certain type of customer.Its also very rare to find a restaurant complimenting another restaurant.I also agree with them that if the customer does not complain how are they expected to rectify the situation.It's no use 'keeping Mum' then complaining on the forum.What use is that?The staff at Shaka appear to try to accomodate all their customers but if not told of a problem how can they be expected to deal with it?
