I think it's relating to private pensions.
NHS, fire service, social services etc stopped people from moving their pension pots abroad on 5th April.
I've moved mine and had to get paperwork done before this date or wouldn't have been possible.
I guess they're scared there won't be any pension money left in UK to pay out, with so many moving it where they can get 6-8% interest instead of peanuts  :)

More like this government being scared that there will be no pensions to filch from , when they totally cock up the economy !!
