A crystal ball question
« on: October 19, 2016, 13:29:28 PM »
If you people that kinda know could Polish their balls for me...what is the chance of the lira hitting 4 again in the not too distant Future?  Have residency and health insurance etc  to pay, and I, m a little short of the cost. I am loath to changing money when if it goes up I'll be sorted.

Getting back to 3.8 - and staying up there! - would be a useful start.

Best place for exchanging sterling is The Kuwait bank in Fethiye... Where the old ING Bank was... Better than any exchange office or jewelers.  You don't need to be a customer but you do need to change 100 pounds or over... Very helpful staff.

Not a good day for you Bernie. Lira up over 1% against the dollar and euro and - of course - most of all against the poor old pound.
