Problems paying Aydem Internet online ?
« on: March 29, 2017, 17:42:39 PM »
We got Aydem Internet last year.

I have been paying it online with my UK credit card....however this month the payment doesn't seem to be completing.

No errors shown, the payment dialogue box comes up then disappears

Anybody else had or having this problem ?

Ta

Ian

We pay ours through our Bank Account and they send us monthly statements so we can check what is being paid.
Perhaps your bank offers this service too?   It would save you the hassle.

I was handed an internet leaflet last time I went to their office. They seemed to imply that it works without the need for a land telephone line installed or a residents permit. They did say it could take up to 3 weeks to install. What are they actually supplying for a internet connection. Dubious on if it is not want you want just bring it back. Currently using a Turkcell Vinn but grandkids eat the data very quickly.
Thanks for any advise.

We went in 2 weeks ago and enquired about their internet package, i have all the details wrote down indoors and can post on here bit later if u would like David? We were going to go with them until they said we had to sign a 2 year contract and also pay every month even when in uk...so we opted to top up our vinn instead,
