As mentioned in my "greetings" post, we have just finished an inspection trip with "propertiesabroad.com" and viewed lots of stuff, around Calis and Fethiye. He have "reserved" a one bedroomed apartment ( shared pool / ground floor / small development of just six units)in Calis, 5 mins walk from beach. We do not intend using it ourselves- it is purely an investment (we hope
).
The developer is a guy called "Efendi Can" - sevenhills-estates. he has an office in Fetiye, and a large family ( they all do I know
)a brother of his has a restaurant opposite the offices caled "Fish and Chips"
We met two couplesin the area ( Uzumulu )who both spoke very highly of him. Just wondered if anybody here ( probably loads ) knows of him, or had dealings with either him or "propertiesabroad".
We opened a bank account whilst there, and appointed the manager at the offices of "propertiesabroad" to act as our power of attorney.
We are brand new to this project, and would appreciate any help
