I,d like to think so kkob, but it's just old n grey.

On reflection,I  don't know why I thought it would.  Just that summat in the dark recesses of my daft mind, I recall summat about time changes impacting on previous Turkish flights, and there being a problem at airports...unless that scenario was a page out of my Bunty magazine.

Thanks Lotty.x

Well the schedules will be maintained on UTC, which is basically GMT without the daylight saving nonsense. UTC is the world's reference time.

So whatever elapsed time was planned between connecting flights will not change in scheduling terms: what will change are the clock times in Turkey. So if you had a landing scheduled for 18:10 and the connecting flight was at 20:00, those will change to 19:10 and 21:00.

Or is it 17:10 and 19:00  ?

Not if they don't change them  :)

Yep. If things don't change, they'll stay as they are.

Would it be too simple a suggestion to manually change the clock.   :)

I also confess to being mystified as to how your friend missed a plane given that the change (or non change) doesn't happen till the weekend here and on November 8 in Turkey. :-\

This was a good "clock" buy we made from Lidl a few years ago.    We keep it in Turkey and we find it very useful.  This image from 6th October, this month.  I put it out in the sun to see how hot it was.   I think it was about  £4.00 when bought.

Highlander, it wasn't my friend, it was a tweet from 2015..when the clocks were altered or more to the point not altered.
