Are any of you ladies knitters? If so, try buying your wool in  Fethiye.I have found a shop near to the fish market which is stocked from floor to ceiling with wool. Heaven!!! It sells all the new trendy wools at least half UK prices.

They do a nice range of crochet silks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the turkish ladies all crochet and knit
it is done as they talk away to neighbours
they make lovely stuff

You should try the craft shop in Uzumlu. They have some wonderful items of crochet etc.
