Just a few details about myself. In the process of buying a new property in Calis. Have read all the various views from u all. Have already been in touch to scunner via e-ml. Was there at the end of Jan 04, never been to Turkey before, however was impressed. Buying fm a reputable builder. Was advised last week to be careful due to subsidence, so reading all the info has been very informative. Scunner has the details. Feel more reassured now, still a bit nervous. Anyway thinking of moving there in the next 18 months if all goes to plan. Just read about the bad weather in Turkey, hope u r all ok. Need some reassurance, the property is in a complex of 43 facing the beach. Am from Dorset and would like any tips please. Work partime and involved in sports coaching here.Hopefully her indoors will be there too. Regards to u all. Shadow.

Welcome to the site.
We too are in the early stages of buying so I know how daunting it can be :(
Scunner has been brilliant tho and I'm sure you'll find the answers to all the questions
you can think of on this site somehwere :D If you don't just ask someone will know
the answer!
