Just a quick introduction on my part.

My mum and dad are both members I think, and pointed me your way, so I've finally got round to doing the same as there is some useful stuff on here.

My parents bought their apartment last year in Gunlukbasi. After staying there last year and spending many holidays in various parts of Turkey, we also got the bug and have bought an old house in Uzumlu that we are renovating, so if anyone has any tips we would love to hear from you!!

Hi LoubyLou - welcome to the forum. We have a villa in Uzumlu and really love the area, perhaps we'll bump into you one day.  Lots of great people with great advice on this forum, so have fun and enjoy your renovation project !
