Hi I'm Kerry and I live near Glasgow in Scotland.

I'm moving to calis beach in a weeks time to be an aupair over there and thought I would register and see what everyone has been posting about it - it looks fab and am really excited about moving!

If anyone has any advice or commments, suggestions where to visit etc, I would appreciate your help! :)

lol, yeah maybe a tad young!!!  :) I've fixed that!!!

The family that I will be working for is comprised of an english mum and a turkish dad. Am so excited about going over!

How is the weather? I've heard it's really bad, so hot!!! I'm from scotland so am hoping I will be able to handle the heat!!!  :)

July and August are the hottest months.

Hi Kerry, Welcome to the forum, I was going to do aupairing in Calis last year, sounds like a different family to you though, but I was kept on in my job as a teacher over here so didn't in the end - just spent the holidays there instead! Good luck, im sure it will be fab!

I am a new member to this site, you should find some really good information on this forum. I spent the summer in Calis/Fethiye last year as my parents own an apartment in Fethiye and I absolutely loved it! returning again in June, hope to see you there & good luck with everything...Emma x

Hey guys, I wanna say thanks to all of you for your warm welcome!

I leave in a week! Can't wait! I've never been to Turkey before so should be interesting!

Will def keep you all posted on whats happening and if any of you come over during the summer I hope you'll look me up! I can always use a new friend!  :)

hi kerry hope everything works out ok for you in Calis.  Hope they dont work you to the ground and you get out for a few drinks. Will be nice to hear another scottish voice when im out and about. My friends and i will be there for 3 or 4 months in the summer can't wait.
