Title: Hi Everyone
Post by: cef on April 21, 2007, 09:14:33 AM
I'm cef, I have been going/coming to Calis/Fethiye for about 3 years now, I have an apartment in Kayarolari (spelling?) I probably know quite a few of you by sight and look forward to getting to know you in person. I live fairly quietly when I'm there, enjoy a good meal, book and glass of vino, and I do a lot of wandering about, it's so beautiful, now I've convinced you all that I'm very boring, I'd better stop digging the hole any deeper, or you'll all be avoiding me!!

Hi Cef, welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy the forum but the main thing is that you enjoy Turkey in general and Calis in particular. Anyone who suggests that there is something 'boring' involved must be very boring themselves. lol

Hi Phil, Thanks for getting back to me, the Lawyer I hired to represent me in feb 2006, told me to hand over another £13.000.00, which leaves me with just £2.000.000 remaining. I have held onto this because the terms of the contract state that the builder has to pay the property purchase tax and title deeds costs, as he hasn't yet fullfield any of the terms without protracted arguments, I've kept hold of it.  I think that the estate agent has been told that I am asking questions, because she has phoned my mobile twice this evening!! telling me "not to play hardball with her" and that "the builder is dangerous..."  All I wanted was a place to relax and enjoy what I've worked hard for, not all this intimidation & threats! any ideas?

Hi Cef. Welcome to the forum. If you need a good English speaking solicitor please email me on my profile and I will pass on the details to you. She has asked me not to give her details out as
