My name is Mustafa. I have just been told about this forum. I have lived all my life in Fethiye apart from a when i was in the army.

[?][?] Of course it's great to see another Turkish person 'joining in' All of us who either visit regularly or live in Turkey, love (most.. same everywhere...) of the people and the Country, I hope that you will enjoy the forum & make positive contributions to it.
But if your only reason for joining this Forum is to enable you to post 'Your Statement' under 'True or False', I Truly hope that you are not living in a Glass House!! (English phraseology)

Thank you to everyone for your welcomes.
I enjoyed my army service i was posted to Ankara. I am a good driver and told them this.
( my English friend who helps me with my typing has laughed and said "but they all say that".)
The army must have agreed as they made me the main driver for their top brass.
I used to be a partner in an estate agency but have decided i want to go solo. At the moment i do transfers and arrange things for friends i have made over the years.

Sorry but "glass house and English phraseology" are simply lost on me, I am Turkish and English is my second language. I also find it hard when English people send text talk on my phone.

cef.. my reasons for joining here are my own. Are you admin?

i have wanted to join before but my typing English is not always good and sometimes i read things wrong. But after being told i had been mentioned on here i thought i would have a look about. Its a good site and when ever i visit my English friends they have said they will help improve my English. My day to day understanding is good but its more the personal in-depth bits i find hard.

Your Translator has a lot to say, perhaps he or she should introduce themselves (seems like membership through the back door, writing anonymously!) does this person know me or any of the other people who have all (not just me alone Mustafa) experienced massive headaches trying to get things sorted out, or does your translator have a more personal interest [?]

I would of thought that your excellent translator would be able to provide you with the correct interpretation of "People in Glass Houses" he/she is certainly not short on sarcasm! Indeed he/she comes across as someone with in-depth knowledge of your business dealings!
