It appears there is still work to be done on the this road ,has anybody got any information on this as we arrive there on Monday.

When I left 2 weeks ago it was almost ready for ashphalting, so may be partly done by now. It was a real mess on a couple of days, once after it had rained, and then after they had been watering it to keep the dust down, just couldn't win.

The last completion date I heard was mid June....but don't hold your breath this is Turkey! :)

the completion date is now the 6th june... looking ok at the moment, they seem to have learnt last year, and are now doing the road in to half s.. (length ways)
