Title: Anyone had their suitcases lost with onur air?

Just wondering whether anyone had their suitcase's lost with onur air? My fiance Lee's suitcase didn't even get loaded onto the plane on our way back this year. We wanna book with them again but worried that this will happen again. Hayley.
