Title: Price of alcohol in new Ovacik supermarkets

Hello All,

This is my first post as a new member.

We're coming to Ovacik for the umpteenth time in August and we were  very interested to hear of the new Supermarkets in the area.

Can anyone tell us the price of booze in Migros and BIM? eg bottle of local Vodka, Brandy and Effes?

Local market at side of forum bar in Calis, King Charles vodka is 18ytl. Alan

Hi Grand,from what I gather, there is a new store called BIM in Hisaranou, you should be able to get beers n sprits at a decent price... theres another BIM in Fethyie (on route via Dolmus to Fethyie)...

We find that beer from the local supermarkets is cheaper than the large supermarkets. Theres a couple by us in Ovacik that does a case (24 bottles) of Efes for 40 ytl, even deliver them & collect the empties.
