Hi All,
Can anyone clear this up - I have run a few searches and found myself more confused now then before I started!
The yearly tax is 0.5% of the value of the property. IS that right?
Is the tax payable even if you don't have the Tapu yet?
When you do (finally) get the Tapu, do you have to back pay the tax for the period you didn't have the Tapu?
Any other useful bit's of tax/tapu knowledge worth knowing?
