Title: Tourist Land, maybe Cenk can answer

I have heard that the Tourist Land properties have now been given the go ahead by the Fethiye council to have living permissions.  has the land been reclassified?  or is this just the living permission owners to reside legally but the property land title is still Touristic Land.

I cant find the site now, sorry. but it was a little disjointed anyhow, written in Turklish.
