Does anyone agree that in the UK we have a sub-culture.Viz.Teenagers who don't give a s..t about anything other than guns or knives,and actually murder people.Look at Rhys Jones from Liverpool.An eleven year old shot,and who died.The culprit is alleged to be about thirteen years of age.
