hi any idea what ERTF stands for got it on my charges with nat west debit card plus charges.

Presumably it's one of the following - taken from MSE

NatWest Debit Card
Spending penalty: 75p. Exchange load: 2.65%. Cash Withdrawal fee: 2.25% max £4
