I'm wanting to do a diet thats easy to do over here in turkey, i want to loose about a stone as so many people have commentedon my weight, and also i dont feel comfy or happywith how i am.
Does anyone know any good diets, simple and easy to do. If younow anywhere that has a simple weekly diet plan would you let me know please.
