hello everyone

we have just returned to the UK ,having had a great hols in Calis in my nephews appartment in Archways.On a complete impulse we have put down a deposit on a villa in Uzumlu and with a following wind and a benign nod from Mr Halifax, we should be "sorted" by Feb 2008.Am coming out to do the first snagging list 26th Nov.- 3rd Dec. Hope to meet up with some of you then.Must say,we are very impressed with this forum-very helpful and informative! Congrats to the initiator/webmaster.Very impessive and was a lot of hard work in getting it off the ground we are sure.Take care,all and be happy!!

Hi Frank and Sarah, welcome to the forum. My partner Alan and I are also buying in Uzumlu, we too should be ready to roll next year, exciting isn't it? Can't wait.
