No, I saw the very same title in the kids section and thought I'd try too :D

You are already my friend Geoff, I knew that from the very day we sat and thrashed out the details of your apartment purchase. Many people won't know the story - as builders and everyone discussed the terms of sale, Geoff lent across to me, close to my ear and whispered "I'm not wearing any pants".

Ps Anyway I don't want to be your friend - that is until I am looking for a nice new duplex with 3 bedrooms for under £55k and with a shared pool - when we move over in 18 months!

Keith - you can send me the details - but it is 18 months too early and my pension is currently being "screwed" by USA banks lending money to people who can't afford the repayments and now it appears I have to make up their deficits on my own! :(
