I have tried to introduce myself and say hello but can't get into that forum? one more thnig do you need to have vacinations to go to turkey?

Hello Bonita and welcome to the forum. There is a laundry service in Calis near Scarlets Bar. As for vacinations I had them 14 years ago but I have not had any since and I am not sure whether it is necessary these days but someone will know and advise you. I hope you enjoy the forum .

Hi and a warm welcome to the Forum. Vaccinations are not really necessary in towns/cities and resort areas possibly advisable if you are way out in the sticks. :)

Hi Bonita, welcome to the forum. We came to Turkey for the first time about 17 months ago. The nurse at our local clinic recommended we have vaccinations which were then topped up 12 months later. Don't need any more now for 25 years apparently! I don't think they are absolutley necessary but they were recommended. We also updated our tetanus jabs as we were going to Kalkan and there are a lot of dogs/cats wandering about there, far more than in Calis. You'll have a great time! Julie
