Meant to say oh how I wish I had gone to a place in the sun two years ago! What I know now to then,

D&K
   Fortunatly we bought through Keith three years ago when he was with a previous agency.We did a fair bit of research but did not know about the CBF.Anyone starting out now has the bonus of this site.A few minor problems along the way but we did'nt expect it to go without any.When you see some of the things going on in Spain for example we consider ourselves fortunate to have found our place in the sun  8)and so looking forward to May
