Maybe Ronnie still has a load of bright green paint  :)

I think it's a great idea.

A loyalist bar across from the Shamrock would make for some great scuffles.

:)Yeh, the old saying there's nowt more strange than folk, (dont know who said it) Spain is the example, of English everything, One of the things that attracted me to Calisin the first place was the lack of English everything.Hope it does'nt change too much. ;)

If it is the Patara Cafe the owners registered on the lease certainly haven't  agreed to sell. In fact theres  a dispute on with the manager.Someone should be telling Ronnie, he could find out he's paying good money out for nothing. If someone wants to pass on this info to Ronnie & pass on my email address I'll put him in touch with the real owner who ironically is flying out today not knowing of above. Here we go again!!!!!

Thanks for your concern Mike much appreciated but everything has been checked out by Ronnie and the old lease ran out 2 weeks ago I don't know what the dispute is between old owners but I'm sure it will be about the usual....... MONEY

Thanks for the info, Roseanne "the owner or not as the case may be" is not concerned with Ronnie taking over the lease more what is happening to the fixtures & fittings which are hers. I've managed to call her in Turkey & she will try & speak to Ronnie who she knows possibly via Mr.S. Once again many thanks & also to you Mr.S.
