Does anyone know when the hydrofoil starts again going over to Rhodes. I looked at Olymposyachting web site and emailed them but have not got an answer.

I think it is a bit early yet as I've looked at both websites and neither give any details.

O/B, purely recreational for a few years in UK. Very relaxing with bursts of activity while trying to enter a lock without giving onlookers too much 'entertainment' lol

reason i ask is i work for british waterways in manchester.  your name jumped out at me....canalman a phrase for an operative on the canal,just goes to show not to assume.

Well, I found out that they should have started on the 1st but the required paperwork etc had not been completed and no definate date has been decided.

I came across this forum late, but there is a way to get a visa, or visit a different Greek Island, from Kas. It's probably a bit cheaper than going to Rhodes.

you will find a  lot of info about visa trips to mies on the forum, bus time from fethiye, travel times, cost etc, many people use this as it cost a lot less than going to rhodes.

Carole&Tayfun are cheaper, now advertising door to door service for 75 lira.
