Welcome to the forum Colin (and family).  You will absolutely love Calis!  Its a great place and the beautiful weather really helps!

Enjoy your holiday in the summer!  How old are your teenagers?  We'll be there for the whole of August with two teenage daughters, 13 and 16 - maybe they could meet up.  (Might change my mind if yours are boys, lol!!!), Julie
