:)can you buy ready made puff pastry in the Migros or anywhere,and if possible what is the turkish name please... 8)

Hi you can buy it at Migros,on the packet it says" Milfoy Hamuru" by Pinar 20 5inch square sheets ,hope this is of help

Tugcem......the shop that always gets mentioned near the Otogar. If you have not been it is worth a visit just to see what you can get. Their prices usually blow Migros & Carrefour away. :)

you can also buy it from the little corner shop next to the oyken hotel costs about 8-10 ytl per tin

:oAs if, not me, our Dee was wondering if she could make sausage rolls for the baby,and none of us recall seeing them over there, plus the fact if there anything like the apple pies there wont be any sausage in them.:P

Ah , I was worried. I had this vision of you looking like Delia Smith in an apron, covered in flour, making pastry when all around you were on the beach or round the pool getting tans. Didnt seem real somehow! :D

Dont bake on holiday ,we live here !!! but have to travel regularly to Uk so always slip a tin or two in along side the cheese and bacon.Calvin,Laffa try also filled with cooked cherries and topped with cream , ps sounds more like the cookery section Cheers!!
