Title: Legal requirements for scooter

Could someone please explain the correct procedure for road taxing and MOT-ing a 2 year old 150cc scooter?

Last year I insured the bike but overlooked road tax and MOT.

If I go through the correct channels now will there be some sort of penalty or fine to be paid?

Best way is to go to tax office with registration notebook of scooter . If you didn't pay last year's tax , they will tell you how much you have to pay together with interest . But better to take someone who speaks Turkish with you , as nobody speaks English there.
