Are we allowed to take any form of food on to the flights as we are not getting meals this year
-
You can take anything you like as long as you buy it after you have gone through security. Boots do some good stuff.
Ken :D
-
I believe you can take food with you only drinks
have to be bought after passport control, the last
time we flew out we bought salads and sanwiches
in the marks and spencers near arrivals in Gatwick
-
you can definately take food with you (just not drinks), we often have a laugh wih the guys who check your bags about what is in our sandwiches etc, so it must be ok, never had any problem at all.
-
As Ken says they do good meal deals at Boots and W h Smiths after check in, you can then take your drinks on board.

I just said to my son that i thought it was just drinks not allowed, and said i couldn't see anyone making a bomb out of 2 slices of bread and a bit of ham, he replied M&S do, pretty quick considering he's just woke up. Alan

Ha that was witty about M&S! We too always make some sandwiches and have never had a problem.

also coming back home i make ham sands and take a chunk of carrot cake from migros
-
Puma, do you literally take it from migros or do you buy it, Shamless2, you have me worried, get a photo by your name so i can see who i'm supposed to have met about 6 times, where? and Mitch didn't get his quick wit from his mother, i know her, when they were giving wit out they gave hers to her dad.
