we have been going to buse apart for over three years using their pool and bar facilities even though we dont stay at the hotel.It has now been taken over and unfortunately for the worst. It is now named hotel melek and has extremely rude staff and even ruder young receptionist.When we visited recently we were made extremely unwelcome and was told by the receptionist do you people just walk in any hotels and use their pool.I wud just like to point out this is not how it normally is in turkey and wouldnt want any other brits to suffer the same unwelcome reception that we were greeted with ...
