Tried to pay my adsl bill on the internet, now got new security codes, after trying on Friday got 8 phone texts with security code, when I used these codes, it rejected everyone. I tried again this morning and received 3 security codes and all were rejected, they have now blocked my password, I rang the bank and after being put on hold for 10 minutes eventually got through and the phone went dead when I told them my problem, I then rang again and again waited 10 minutes told them my problem again and the phone went dead again, inbetween these calls I have a stupid man who has got my mobile telephone number and has rang my 28 times since yesterday afternoon and all he says is hello, I am not having a good morning, I am now going to have to make a trip to Fethiye to go into the Finanse Bank, and sort my password problem out I may as well pay my adsl bill whilst I am there, who said internet banking is easy!!!!!![:(!]
