Hi
I am 'Boyontbridge' and new to CBF.
my reason for joining is that I am visiting Turkey for the first time next year. So I thought I'd join to pick up some tips before coming out. I am also looking for an apartment to rent for 6 nights (17/8/09 to 23/8/09 inc). Sorry if I shouldn't have put this here, but I am not a PC wiz and this is the first forum I have ever joined.
I am coming out in August next year with my wife (Bev). There could be just us 2, or possible up to 6 of us, depending on when our 2 daughters (Chloe 19 and Holly 17) have finalised their busy social calendars.
I work for the Local Government and Bev is a Senior Learning Mentor in a large comprehensive school.
We're from a big city 'oop north' called Sheffield. It is famed for it's steel, cutlery and Sheffield Wednesday. There is another team here but they are of no real significance.
Anyway, looking forward to exchanging views with some of you over the coming months.
Sorry there is no photo, trust me, you don't want to see it.
Thanks for reading

Hi and welcome to the first 'wendy' (I think). I'm sure you will enjoy the forum and Calis even more. The footy section is always good for some light hearted banter.
Leeds fan myself - so don't laugh or I'll mention the floods ;)

I live in Malin Bridge in Sheffield about 1/2 mile from 'God's Garden' but you'll probably know God's Garden better as 'Hillsborough'.

Next time you speak to God, tell him he needs to sack the gardener:D
