Absolutely the best meals we've ever had in Turkey. Similarly priced to all the seafront restaurants in Calis and Fethiye, but far superior food and service. Fantastic portions and silver service. Downside, it's at the other end of Fethiye.

Not heard of the Atapark...is round towards the boat yards?
-
Yes
-
Also has an excellent Hamam, they will even arrange to pick you up and drop you off, if they are not to busy
-
We had great time there and as Phil says they gave us a lift back to Calis, highly reccomended.

Um, does the Hamam at the Ata park use really hot water? Do they try to remove ladies tops for the massage. That's a big no,no with me.....
How much is it?
I agree the restaurant is smashing. We have had some lovely meals there, in very interesting surroundings. Though in the winter you might get roasted alive if put near the huge fireplace.

The price of the hamam depends on how much they are prepaired to take off of you ,anyway it must be nice to have a full massage "eh" know what i mean nudge nudge wink wink.:P

Ted - that's just the type of comment that many women on here will hate.
Some of us actually like being treated with respect & that includes NOT being mauled when you go for a Turkish Bath.
I had just one in Calis at the Aries & although I went with Carl they separated us & I wouldn't return as I found it most embarrassing.
Rindaloo - if you find a decent place - please let me know.

20TL for a Turkish bath and 30TL for the massage afterwards. This included a facepack. We were treated with nothing but courtesy at all times. I never felt embarrased. My friend pays a fortune for her massages in the U.K and she said that this was the best that she has ever had. It was done by a woman but it is a man who usually does the Turkish bath bit.

Hmm, Thanks very much for that. Maybe we could go together sometime? -Or a bunch of us??? :D
I always did shudder at some of the tales I have heard about the treatment of women at the Hamams. But what put the tin lid on it was meeting a waiter in a restaurant once who made my flesh creep. Right from the start I disliked him and didnt want him to touch me. He got the message. But it figured when he told us he had worked in a Hamam before. OMG the thought of it! [xx(]

It's as you turn right towards the boat builders on the opposite corner.

I always have my Turkish Bath at the Atapark and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. You can normally chose to have the lady masseuse if you are a bit embarrassd and you can go in together ladies and men.
