Was just wondering if anyone has been watching this fabulous series on BBC2. It finished tonight in Turkey- the Dardanelles and Istanbul.
Its been tracing the journey of Fancescos ancestors along the trade route from Venice to Istanbul and has been ace. If its repeated , which its bound to be- give it a try. If youve not heard of this guy hes a Venetian architect , film maker, TV producer and all round clever dick! Just fab- watch it if you can.
