Hi all, I have an pre existing medical condition in relation to my back, anyone know of an insurance company that is reasonable for travel insurance please?

As far as I know most insurance companies will ask you for details and exclude any pre existing conditions. Try GoSure. I have used them in the past and they are good value. ALWAYS disclose any pre condition though as it could make any subsequent claim invalid even if it's unrelated.
