we are on a complex of 14 villas someone owns 6 of them the others are owned individually , if the person who owns 6 refuses to pay for the communial charges i.e. pool and repairs or maintenance to communial areas , how do the other owners get this person to pay ? we know that we must elect a manager and probably a solicitor , is there anyone who can advise us or somewhere we can find out where we stand legally with this matter .? thanks
