I`ve just had an email from another person from our complex.. the email mentions : "We also have a problem with drainage; we are apparently on cesspit drainage (god knows why when everybody else is on mains drainage) and the resident builder has informed us that we all have to pay £200 to go onto mains drainage; this is in English pounds! - but we feel we should find out more about this before doing any paying-up. What are your feelings?" there 6 people on our complex so it £1200.. has anyone had this conversion done recently and what price did they quote? its a two year old property near the calis market.. so not far out of the way.. and i even presumed it was connected up with all that work that happend last year. p.s just off to turkey now.. so cannot reply straight away.. thanks for your help..
